Living on the Edge wishes to reach as much of the Southern African people as possible with teaching that will serve the Church and grow new Christians in their faith. Any Radio Stations in Africa who wish to broadcast the programmes of Chip Ingram (25-minutes) or the locally produced 3-minute Edge fillers can contact us. Living on the Edge SA provides free programme content for broadcasting to stations looking for good Christian doctrine.
Delivery Mechanisms to African Radio StationsCurrently there are two means of delivering radio programmes to the stations for broadcasting: FTP: Downloading radio programmes from FTP site. Good access to the internet is needed. Satellite: Living on the Edge (25-minute programmes) broadcast on Trans World Radio Satellite. Any station with a satellite decoder can downlink the message for radio.
Local Resource Centres in African CountriesThere are many countries that have Walk Thru the Bible representatives or resource centres who can serve as contact point for radio stations and listener feedback. This makes communication easier for the radio station – getting new programmes, resources to feature or in-studio interviews.
